Usage & Limits
A query is any message you send to FinCap Assist: a question, a request to generate content, a search for resources, or a follow-up in a conversation. Each message you send counts as one query, regardless of length. Replies from FinCap Assist do not count against your limit.
FinCap Assist is designed for individual practitioner use, not automated or bulk processing. The Practitioner plan includes a soft cap of 500 queries per month, and Practitioner Plus includes 1,500. Most users never approach these limits. If you do, we'll reach out before interrupting your service. Automated scripting, API abuse, or reselling access are not permitted under any plan.
Your access won't be cut off without warning. If you're approaching your soft cap, you'll receive a notification and the option to upgrade to a higher-usage plan. We won't charge you overage fees automatically.

No, and it's not designed to. FinCap Assist is a tool built for practitioners, not a substitute for them. The human relationship between a coach and a client is irreplaceable. What FinCap Assist does is make that practitioner faster, better-informed, and better-equipped, so they can spend more time doing the work that only a person can do.
FinCap Assist draws from a curated library of vetted practitioner resources grounded in field-tested financial capability practice. Like any AI tool, it can make mistakes, particularly on rapidly changing policy details like funding deadlines or regulatory updates. We recommend verifying time-sensitive compliance information with the relevant agency or official source before acting on it.
Yes. All plans include bilingual English and Spanish delivery. You can interact with FinCap Assist in either language, and client-facing content can be generated in Spanish on request.
Billing & Cancellation
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and your access continues through the end of your current billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled to stop renewal, but are not refunded on a pro-rated basis once the annual term has begun.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Privacy & Security
Yes. Your conversations with FinCap Assist are not shared with other users or third parties. We do not sell your data. Conversation data may be used in aggregate and anonymized form to improve the product, but never in a way that identifies individual users or organizations.
We recommend against entering personally identifiable client information such as names, Social Security numbers, or account details, into FinCap Assist. The tool is designed to support your practice at the program and strategy level, not to process individual client records. Use general descriptions when asking about client scenarios.
